1. Interior Design Services

a. Scope: Michelle Kindness Design provides interior design & consulting services as described on our website & in our proposals or agreements.
b. Payment: Clients agree to pay the fees & expenses as specified in the proposal or agreement.
c. Changes: Any changes to the scope of work or additional services will be agreed upon in writing & may result in additional fees.

2. Client Responsibilities

a. Cooperation: Clients must provide timely information, access to the premises, & cooperation necessary for the project's success.
b. Permissions: Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits & approvals.

3. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: All designs, drawings, & other materials created during the project remain the intellectual property of Michelle Kindness Design until full payment is received.
b. License: Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the design for its intended purpose.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

a. Confidentiality: Michelle Kindness Design will keep all client information confidential & use it solely for project purposes.

5. Termination

a. Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the project, subject to the terms of the agreement.
b. Termination by Michelle Kindness Design: We reserve the right to terminate the project if clients breach these Terms or the agreement.

6. Disputes & Resolution

a. Mediation: In case of disputes, both parties agree to mediate before pursuing legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

a. Exclusion: Michelle Kindness Design is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.

8. Miscellaneous

a. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
b. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties & supersede all prior understandings.
c. Amendments: Michelle Kindness Design may amend these Terms, & such changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
