In the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, amidst rolling hills & charming landscapes, lies Steph’s Somers Farmhouse—an idyllic retreat where country charm meets whimsy, offering a peaceful escape from bustling city life. Our recent photoshoot here was filled with laughter, playful animal antics, & the warm embrace of rural living.
Somers Farmhouse is a testament to the allure of country living. As we drove in, Steph greeted us with a joyful smile atop her beautiful donkey, Flynn, setting the tone for a day filled with warmth & charm. The air was sweet with the scent of lavender bushes in full bloom, adding to the enchanting atmosphere. Surrounded by vibrant greenery & just steps from the azure waters of the peninsula, the farmhouse perfectly captures the serene beauty of rural life.
Patch, the lovable canine with a coat as soft as morning dew, is an integral part of the household. His boundless energy & friendly demeanour brought a playful touch to every corner of the property, as he faithfully accompanied us throughout the day, photobombing shots & charming everyone with his tail-wagging enthusiasm.
The grounds of the property are alive with the presence of Steph’s extended family—a diverse gathering of creatures that bring a unique charm to the rural tableau. From her gentle donkeys to the graceful alpacas, & her cheeky chickens, each one adds to the harmonious rhythm of life here, where rustic charm & unbridled joy coexist in perfect balance.
We cherished our time at Somers Farmhouse, where simplicity & joy come together in perfect harmony.
